Refund policy

Returns & refunds (30 days)
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Claims must be lodged within 30 days of deliverywith clear photo/video evidence showing: the defect, the full product, the hang tag, and the original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and returned in original packaging. Damage caused by misuse or improper care (e.g., tears, rips, stains, heat/iron damage) is not eligible—every order is quality-checked before shipment.

Size exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size is in stock, we’ll swap it free of charge once the original item is returned in saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, tags/packaging intact). If your size is out of stock, you may wait for the next batch or keep the original item. (Exchange availability is not guaranteed.)

Return shipping costs

  • Our fault (faulty/incorrect item): we cover return shipping (prepaid label or reimbursement) and send the replacement at no cost.
  • Size change: you cover the return shipping to us. We’ll send the replacement once we receive and inspect the original.

How to lodge a claim/exchange
Email us within 30 days with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and your preferred resolution (refund for defect, or size exchange). We’ll respond with next steps and a return address/label where applicable.

Condition checks
Returns that arrive used, washed, missing tags, or without original packaging will be rejected and sent back.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.
